Express shipping
Damage insurance coverage is not included in the shipping cost and may optionally be added when purchasing the product.
Time slot for delivery
Prior to shipment Amoflex will send an email to schedule with the Customer a time slot of at least 2 hours during which the carrier can deliver the goods being certain to find the Customer or someone delegated by the Customer to pick up the goods.
Shipping Time
In Italy shipping varies from 2 to 10 days depending on the destination.
In the case of product that is not in stock but can be ordered, if requested by the Customer, the delivery time will be indicated by email.
Deliveries
Specialized courier delivery service is intended to be at street level only, and the customer must cooperate with the driver to unload the packages from the side of the truck, sometimes providing other people depending on the size and weight of the items purchased.
No floor deliveries are made by carriers.
In order to be able to bring any recourse action against the carrier in the case of damaged goods due to transportation, it is made mandatory for the recipient to accept the package(s) with specific reservation.
Without such a clause, it will not be possible to attribute to the carrier any damage found upon opening the package and consequently replace the goods.
Validity of the Guarantee
All products are accompanied by regular sales invoice valid for the 12-month warranty on conformity defects.
In case of discrepancies in the product received, you must contact our office by phone or email (info@amoflex.com) within 3 days upon delivery.
Photographic documentation of the discrepancy presented by the product is welcome.
Shipping Cost
he cost of shipping within the national territory is € 10: for orders with Total Products over € 250.00 Standard Shipping is free of charge.
Standard Shipping means street level shipping to destinations that are not in the so-called Special Locations.
Amoflex performs a check on the shipping address entered and informs the customer of any surcharges for Special Locations: in this case the customer has the right not to confirm the order.
Free Standard Shipping
The Free Standard Shipping promotion is active at this time.
For example, with shipping to Italy and List Total greater than € 250.00 the promotion is active.
