WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR THE PRODUCTS?

Delivery time may vary depending on the product you choose and its availability.
However, we always try to deliver products within 10-15 business days from the date of your order.
In any case, we will provide you with a tracking code to monitor the status of your shipment.  

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payment by credit card, PayPal or, bank transfer.
For credit card and PayPal payments, you will be redirected to a secure page to enter your payment information.  

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
We will ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the problem and some photos to verify the condition of the product so that we can assess the damage and offer you an appropriate replacement or refund.
If the damage is very serious we will proceed to replace the product or if the product is no longer available, to refund it in full.  

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Yes, you can return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Replacement can be made for all products that are unused, washed or damaged and not custom made or made to specific specifications.
Please contact us to arrange the return and we will provide shipping instructions.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging.  

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If the product you ordered is not available, we will notify you within 72 hours of receiving your order and offer you the option of choosing an alternative product or canceling your order.
If you cancel your order, we will refund the full amount you paid.  

DO YOU OFFER THE ABILITY TO CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS?

Some products can be customized with an inscription, logo or dimensions, but it depends on the product chosen.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORTATION COSTS?

Transportation costs are free in Italy for shipments over 250€ vat included.
For lower amounts the standard rate is 10€.   For EXTRA-EU shipments the cost of shipping is €61 regardless of the amount of the order while for shipments within the EU the cost is €35 Delivery will be made to the ground floor of the house number indicated in the order; any requests by the Customer for transportation to premises above or below the ground floor will be considered additional services and therefore calculated separately according to what the courier requires for this service.  

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS TARFFE FOR EXTRA EU SHIPMENTS?

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees and import duties that will be charged to the recipient once the package arrives at its destination.
These customs fees and import duties are not included in our shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient.
